A leveled hydraulic cylinder is the main bearing part of a missile launching vehicle. Detecting its structural damage is of great significance to ensure safety of the equipment. Stress analysis of the hydraulic cylinder is firstly conducted as the mechanical input of the finite element simulation. Then, a three dimensional structure model is established to carry out the finite element simulation of the hydraulic cylinder to obtain the stress nephogram and determine the vulnerable parts of damage. Finally, the array weak magnetic detection equipment is designed based on cylinder characteristics and the ANSYS magnetic field simulation is carried out. The simulation results show that the designed equipment can effectively detect the location and size of the cylinder internal defects. |
