In order to solve the problem of the incorrect posture of small military equipment when it is placed on a slope after maneuvering, this paper designs a new leveling device to level the surface of the load after rotating twice driven by a motor. Taking this leveling device as the research object, this paper uses LS DYNA to simulate the falling of the device onto the ground, and obtains the influence law of a speed of 10, 7, and 4 m/s and a tilt angle of 0°, 10°, 20° and 30° on the dynamic response of the leveling device. The results indicate that the impact intensity increases with the increase of the drop velocity and decreases with the increase of the drop angle. According to the analysis results, an optimization scheme is proposed to improve the impact resistance of the leveling device. |
