Aiming at the problems of miniaturizing the optical system of the guidance device and improving the image quality of the spot, this paper proposes a method of correcting optical aberration by designing a doublet lens group based on the theory of primary aberration and combining with simulation and the image quality evaluation software. This method introduces the primary aberration theory in the initial design stage of the optical system, designs a doublet lens to correct the inherent aberration of the optical system, and uses the image quality evaluation software to evaluate the quality of the light spot generated by the entire optical system. The results show that the light spot generated by the double glued optical system can effectively reduce the optical aberration caused by the single lens with a small design space while meeting the index requirements of the semi active laser guidance device for cruising weapons. The specific optical parameters for the small design space are: the entrance pupil diameter D=30 mm, the distance from the lens group to the photosensitive surface is 21.5 mm, and the distance from the entrance pupil diaphragm to the photosensitive surface is 45.5 mm. |
