In order to avoid the deceleration of a projectile caused by the reverse force on the projectile in the photoelectric controlled reluctance launching system, this paper proposes a reluctance launch system based on IGBT timing control. By constructing a single stage electromechanical control mathematical model of a reluctance launcher with an iron yoke, the force process of the projectile in the coil is analyzed and proves to conform to the basic principle of the minimum reluctance. Besides, when the coil current reduces to 0, the reverse force of the coil on the projectile is avoided, which can increase the launch speed of the projectile. By setting the opening and closing time of IGBTs on different branches in the control circuit, the coil current quickly reduces to 0 at the end of projectile acceleration, and the greater the integral value of the coil current to time in the projectile acceleration time period is, the more obvious the projectile acceleration effect is. |
