Aiming at the problems of cumbersome and low efficiency in the reconstruction process of the three dimensional machining process model, this paper proposes a digital twin process dynamic model generation method. This paper expounds a digital expression model of hierarchical data information of design and manufacturing, and constructs a process twin semantic model of information integration featured with manufacturing as the core. The semantic information is integrated into the process node, and, by analyzing the association principle and attribute mechanism between nodes, the generation of digital process node chains with a featured sequence as the main processing line is completed. Through the three dimensional featured sequence spectrum model of digital space and the related construction algorithms, a twin process dynamic model with topology structure based on digital node chains is established. A typical box is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. The method realizes rapid construction of the 3D model and management application of the semantic information. |
