The wireless broadband communication system is the main means of regional wireless communication, and its site planning needs to be studied. Considering the terrain and physical environment of site selection for vehicle borne base stations, this paper has done researches to directly determine the signal coverage of backbone network of the wireless broadband communication system and influence the success rate of random access of ground terminals. In this paper, a base station siting planning method based on an improved K means algorithm is proposed in a hilly environment. This paper establishes a mathematical model for siting base stations in hilly environment scenarios, designs a base station location method based on the improved K means algorithm and adopts the maximum coverage of the planned area as the judgment index of the base station site selection. The idea of the base station layout of the wireless broadband communication system to guide the base station deployment application is studied. The simulation experiments show that, compared with the K means algorithm, under the same conditions in the proposed method in this paper, the regional coverage increases from 92.120 7% to 96.863 2%, and the convergence speed increases by nearly 33.3%. |
