This paper investigates the dynamic response of three dimensional graphene foam (GF) reinforced micro weapon shells. Firstly, the governing equation of the system is deduced based on modified couple stress theory (MCST) and love thin shell theory. Then, the Galerkin’s technique and the modal superposition method are employed to obtain natural frequencies and dynamic response of graphene foam reinforced nanocomposite (GFRNC) microshells. Finally, the impacts of the weight fraction, the distribution type, scale parameters, the foam coefficient and the geometry of the three dimensional GF on the dynamic response of the microshells are discussed in detail. |
