Aiming at the research of self heating technology of water rescue equipment, this paper proposes the application of nitrogen rich gas generators to water rescue equipment so as to achieve inflating and auxiliary heat effect, and summarizes the characteristics of water rescue equipment and the research status of self heating water rescue equipment. Then, the formulations and main application properties of nitrogen rich gas generators are reviewed, such as azines, azoles, guanidine and energetic ionic salts. Besides, The advantages, disadvantages and adaptability of the above gas generators are analyzed and compared from the aspects of gas production and combustion rate, and the application effects of these generators on water rescue equipment are discussed. The results show that the nonmetallic energetic ion salts in the nitrogen rich gas generator has high comprehensive performance, which has a good application prospect in the field of self heating water rescue.Guanidine nitrogen rich compounds are not suitable for inflating water rescue airbags, and the application of azine and azole nitrogen rich compounds to water rescue equipment needs to be further studied. The future research direction of self heating water rescue equipment is prospected. |
