In order to study the influence of the number of rifling and belt structure on the engraving process of rifled recoilless guns, this paper respectively compares the motion response and engraving resistance of a projectile under the condition of four different rifling numbers and two belt structures.The software LS DYNA is used to build different engraving process models for simulation.The numerical simulation results show that the influence of the number of rifling on the engraving process is much smaller than that of the belt structure.The double row ammunition belt has good air tightness and is easier to be squeezed into the rifling during the engraving process, which reduces the wear and impact of the belt on the rifling and prolongs the service life of the barrel. |
