Taking the electronic safety and arming device (ESAD) after encapsulation as the research object, this paper obtains the dynamic overload response characteristics of ESAD in which a projectile penetrates four layer concrete targets by using an explicit dynamics simulation software. At the same time, a passband algorithm of overload signal filtering based on numerical integration is proposed by using the time window and the velocity variation of the target penetration deduced according to the change of projectile position. Considering that it is difficult for the digital filter to meet the real time requirements of the system, a low pass analog filter is designed. Through the semi simulation experiment, the results show that the cut off frequency obtained by the algorithm has good filtering effect on overload signals, and the layer signals are obvious. |
