In order to study the separation ability of the cutting cable to a plate during cutting, this paper studies the process of cutting and separating plates of the linear shaped energy cutting cable, and obtains the separation speed of the plate through numerical simulation. The model is used to analyze the separation velocity of the plate under the two conditions of cutting without a pressure plate and pre cutting a plate. The results show that the pressure plate can limit the leakage of detonation products and improve the separation speed of the plate, while the jet cutting process of the pre cut plate has little influence on the separation of the plate. At the same time, the experiment of cutting and separating the plates is carried out to verify the cutting ability of the shaped cutting cable and the separation ability of the driving plate. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The research results can provide reference for the design of cutting and separation devices. |
