Formulation design of main charge of combustion tear gas bomb based on the uniform design method

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the formulation design of the main charge of tear gas bomb, this paper firstly uses the uniform design method to design the formulation of the main charge of the combustion tear gas bomb. Then, after being screened according to the constraint conditions, the formula is optimized with the maximum combustion temperature as the index. Finally, through the characterization of TG, DSC and other pyrolysis properties of the screened formula, a theoretical basis is provided for the feasibility evaluation of the formula design method and the determination of the formula. The results show that the uniform design method is feasible and efficient for the formulation design of the main charge of the combustion tear gas bomb. When the proportion of the formula components is C 18 H 27 NO3∶ C 12 H 22 O 11 ∶KClO3∶(C8H6O2)n∶MgCO3=27.48%∶25.86%∶33.25%∶7.15%∶6.25%, the effect is the best. The test results of the pyrolysis properties and related parameters of the sample verify the accuracy of the optimized formula. The above results have certain reference significance for improving the combustion environment of the tear agent in this kind of ammunition so as to increase the effective utilization rate of the tear agent.
