In order to reveal the law of the influence of initiation mode and flameproof layer on the initial velocity of blast fragmentation warhead fragments and guide the design of lethal warheads with adjustable power, this paper uses the AUTODYN 3D software to calculate the initial velocity of prefabricated fragment warheads with composite charge under different initiation modes, flameproof layer thickness and materials. The results show that when the charging conditions are the same, the fragment damage element velocities obtained in the two initiation methods are significantly different. When the thickness of the flameproof layer is 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm, the fragmentation velocity obtained through the internal and external three point initiation method increases by 16%, 15%, 13%, 11% and 8% respectively than that through the central single point initiation method. Nylon and polyurethane have good flameproof effect, while aluminum has poor flameproof effect. |
