Abstract: In order to solve the problems of complex structure, intensive technology, difficult quality evaluation and a lack of quantitative evaluation methods for a radar system, this paper constructs a radar quality evaluation method based on a combination weighting gray cloud model. The evaluation index of the radar system is constructed from five aspects by analyzing the functional characteristics of the radar system, such as performance index and working state. Because the radar index factors are diverse and difficult to quantify, a combination weighting method with AHP entropy weight is introduced to determine index weights. A grey normal cloud assessment model is constructed based on the combination of cloud model theory and grey theory, which solves the problems of randomness, fuzziness and grey character of evaluation information. Combined with a fire control radar evaluation example, the results are in line with the actual situation, which shows that the method is effective and feasible and can accurately evaluate the quality of the radar system.
