Abstract: During the high speed operation of the rocket sled system of a train, the collision and coupling between the sled and the train track may cause resonance and damage to the system. To avoid this phenomenon, this paper establishes a coupled model of typical double sled track bearing beam, and uses the finite element method for modal analysis and static analysis. The results show that the established coupling model is accurate and reliable, and the bearing beam can effectively reduce the vertical vibration amplitude of the sled, which reduces the interaction between the two sleds and greatly reduces the natural frequency of the system. At the same time, the bearing beam can also effectively reduce the amplitude at the excitation point and has a good inhibitory effect on the sled vibration caused by factors such as the operation of the train.
