In order to study the thermal effect of the air explosion temperature field of TNT charge, this paper carries out an explosion experiment of TNT charge column in air, with three masses of 1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg. The temperature time curves at different detonation distances are obtained by using WRe5/26 thermocouple, and the law of variation of the peak temperature of TNT charge with distance and charge mass is analyzed. The experimental results show that the temperature time curve of the thermocouple response is unimodal when TNT explodes in the free field. With the increase of the detonation distance, the heating rate and cooling rate decrease gradually, and secondary combustion of the unreacted products will make the decreasing part of the curve fluctuate and prolong the temperature duration. The change of the detonation distance has a great influence on the temperature duration, but change of the mass has little effect on the temperature duration, and the maximum time change rate of the detonation distance in the free field is not more than 10%. The peak temperature is proportional to the charge mass and inversely proportional to the distance between the detonation centers. At the same propagation distance, the reduction in the peak value decreases with the increase of the charge mass. |
