Based on the safety and reliability design idea of fuze electronic safety and defusing devices, this paper proposes a design scheme of a standby defusing module. Aiming at the structure of the dual logic control chip in an electronic safety and defusing device, this design makes use of the remaining hardware resources on the logic control chip and optimizes the electronic switching circuit on the basis of realizing the original logic control function. In this way, in case of failure of any logic control chip, the other chip can still complete the removing work by relying on the standby logic control module. The FPGA chip is used to build the function verification circuit, and the timing simulation verification of the preset function of the module is carried out by testing the software. (Markov theory is used to verify the insurance and defusing logic of the designed standby insurance module, which can satisfy the requirements of improving the safety of the fuze.) This module not only guarantees the structure and function of the original electronic safety and defusing device, but also improves security and the anti interference ability, which provides a new train of thoughts for the safety redundancy design of the electronic safety system. |
