In order to improve the consistency of aero engine corrosion sensitivity tests, this paper carries out salt spray mixing researches in a high humidity environment, with a consideration of the particularity of particle size of salt spray aerosol, environmental parameters and evaluation standards. Through its aerodynamic design and structural design, a mixing device using multi point injection technology combined with spoiler elements is proposed. The structure of the multi point injector effectively combines the effects of multi point injection and cylindrical turbulence so as to realize the rapid mixing of aerosol concentration at the initial cross section. The mixing performance of both single and combined mixing devices of a multi point injector is tested by using typically particulate salt spray aerosol in the marine atmosphere as the particle source. The test results show that, in the typically marine atmosphere with high humid salt spray, the salt spray content can be quickly mixed within a distance of 5 times the equivalent diameter of the air channel of the multi point injector, and the cross section uniformity is ≤10%. The combined mixing device can further improve the uniformity of cross section properties, including 4.6% of the salt spray content, 6.6% of the wind speed and 1.7% of the cross section temperature. |
