Based on the existing bench test methods, this paper proposes test measurement system construction, key parameter tests and data analysis methods on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the anti impact of armored vehicle lightning seats and the testing of the key parameters in the experiment. Methods of data measurement and data analysis are given for key parameters, including input impact acceleration, seat buffer displacement and Dynamic Response Index for Z axis (DRIz). Firstly, for the measurement of input impact acceleration, the measurement place and the input waveform analysis method are illustrated, which are key to the validity of the test data. Then, for the seat buffer displacement testing, the methods of high speed video shooting and image auxiliary calculation are used, and then the displacement curve is obtained, which is used to comprehensively analyze the seat performance in response to compression and rebound. Based on the motion equation of human pelvic, DRIz is obtained by indirectly calculating the acceleration of the dummy pelvis, and filter frequency of the acceleration is discussed. The test data show that the proposed anti impact tests and data analysis methods for armored vehicle lightning seats are intuitive and effective. |
