In order to improve the safety level of TATB automatic pressing and forming process, this paper applies HAZOP qualitative method and deviation degree calculation of quantified deviation to TATB pressing and forming process, and establishes a complete and structured safety risk assessment system. In the HAZOP analysis, the process is divided into eight nodes according to the operation steps, and then all nodes are divided into 13 kinds of deviations according to the guide words. Later, the causes, consequences and solutions of each deviation are analyzed qualitatively. In the analysis of deviation degree, the degree is quantitatively analyzed according to the established calculation model of parameter deviation and measure deviation. The results show that the parameter deviation level of TATB automatic pressing process is relatively high, the measure deviation level is moderate, the total deviation level is low, and the safety level is relatively high. The analysis results are consistent with the actual situation of the process. However, the deviation degree of the pressing node is high, so the safety monitoring and management should be strengthened. |
