For general purpose high mobility heavy duty tactical vehicles, the working environment of the frame system is tough and the force is complex, which requires to achieve reliable loading capability in complex road conditions and harsh battlefield environments. According to the characteristics of general purpose high mobility heavy duty tactical vehicles, the key points of frame system design are high load capability, high mobility, high vibration isolation rate, commonality and reliability. The finite element analysis is used to optimize the force of multiple extreme working conditions, ensure that the frame system can work normally under the most possible complex and rough road conditions, and achieve breakthroughs in loading capacity and reliability, thus finally completing the forward design of the frame system. |
