As one of the main methods of producing W/Cu metal plates, thermal explosion welding has advantages that traditional methods do not have, but in the actual production process, thermal explosion welding itself has defects such as being transient and dangerous. In order to study the thermal explosion welding mechanism of tungsten copper bimetallic plates, this paper takes W/Cu metal plates as the research objects, and uses ANSYS/LS DYNA finite element software to carry out the numerical simulation of the explosion welding process. The explosion welding window is calculated and established, and the vertical displacement, collision pressure and collision velocity of the double plate during the simulation process are analyzed. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental and theoretical calculation results. The SPH method is used to establish a W/Cu two dimensional oblique collision model, and the waveform of the bonding interface of the W/Cu explosive welded composite plate is obtained. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental metallographic interface. |
