Design and analysis of an electro hydraulic proportional control hydropneumatic suspension simulation test bench

Abstract: In response to the current situation of low loading accuracy and relatively single function of the existing hydropneumatic suspension simulation test bench, this paper designs a multi functional composite simulation test bench based on electro hydraulic proportional control technology. By establishing a mathematical model of the electro hydraulic proportional hydraulic loading system, the derivation of the system transfer function is completed. Using Matlab to draw Bode diagram, the analysis shows that the system amplitude margin is 11 dB, and the phase margin is 74.9°. The system has good stability. Simulink is used to build a system simulation model to analyze its dynamic characteristics. The results show that the time for the step response to completely eliminate the steady state error is 0.35 s, and the system response speed is fast. Therefore, this system can meet the loading requirements of the simulation test of the hydropneumatic suspension of heavy duty vehicles.
