In order to solve the two problems of traditional reliability allocation methods that excessively rely on historical data or expert experience, and that the reliability allocation of complex mechanical systems does not match the actual manufacturing process, a reliability allocation method based on historical data correction coefficient is proposed. In the improved method, the subordinate attribute matrix of system components is introduced in the allocation process, and the historical data correction coefficient considering the characteristics of newly developed products is proposed in the allocation method. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the improvement method, a certain type of hydraulic mechanical comprehensive transmission system is taken as the research object to allocate reliability indicators. The results show that the improved allocation method can fully consider the historical fault data and the characteristics of newly developed products, and can effectively avoid the separation of the “top down” allocation process from the production process in the traditional method. |
