Abstract: Complex radar electronic equipment is gradually moving towards a new stage of intelligent, informatized and integrated development. In order to ensure the healthy operation of radar, it is urgent to study reliable testability design and analysis methods. However, the antenna array subsystem has a wide variety of equipment and complex integrated network, which makes the current testability design and analysis difficult to meet the requirements. Relying on the TEAMS software platform, a testability modeling method based on virtual measuring point is proposed. The method monitors and diagnoses the equipment by constructing virtual measuring point. The equipment condition information is obtained to analyze and evaluate the testability level of radar. The proposed method is verified by an engineering application case, and the results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the testability level of electronic equipment.
