Multi objective optimization of drilling parameters of TC4 titanium alloy material can improve its machinability. In order to improve the credibility of its results, a BBD response surface simulation test was designed with drilling parameters such as feed, helix angle and cross edge rake angle as optimization objects, and drilling axial force and drilling temperature as evaluation indexes.The influence law of each drilling parameter on the evaluation indexes was studied, and the optimization of drilling parameters and the secondary screening of its results were realized through the combination of multi objective genetic algorithm and entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method, and the unique optimal solution was obtained.The results show that the primary and secondary order of the influence of each drilling parameter on axial force is feed >chisel edge>helix angle, and the primary and secondary order of the influence on drilling tem perature is feed>helix angle>chisel edge.When the feed amount is 0.10 mm/r, the helix angle is 31.43°, and the cross blade bevel angle is 121.68°, it is the optimal parameter combination, corresponding to an axial force of 597.54 N and a drilling temperature of 348.53 ℃,and the model prediction errors are all within 7%.A new scheme is provided for the realization of multi objective optimization of TC4 titanium alloy drilling parameters in production practice. |
