In order to study the pressure environment of missile head during launching, the computational fluid dynamics software “Fluent”is used to simulate the flow field in the concentric cylinder during missile launching. The calculation model of the front cover without boss structure is established to analyze the pressure environment of the missile head during launching, and the simulation results are compared with the test results. The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results. Then, the calculation model of the front cover with boss structure is established, and the diameter, height, and section shape of the boss structure are changed. The influence of these parameters on the pressure environment of the missile head is studied. It is found that the front cover with boss structure can significantly reduce the pressure concentration at the top of the missile head. By optimizing the diameter, height and section shape of the boss structure, the peak pressure of the missile head can be minimized. This paper provides a reference for the optimization design of the pressure environment of the missile head. |
