To enhance the aftereffect damage capability of shaped charge warhead, the aftereffect damage shaped charge warhead combining metal liner with PTFE/Al reaction material is designed, and it is improved and analyzed by numerical simulation. The static explosion test of aftereffect damage warhead is carried out, combined with numerical simulation, the forming, penetration and aftereffect of energetic damage element are studied. The research results show that: the position of PTFE/Al in the molding process can be effectively adjusted by adding retaining ring, so that it is behind the inert projectile; Compared with a single inert liner shaped charge, on the basis of the original armor piercing ability, the intensity of air shock wave after armor piercing is obviously enhanced, after effect damage ability is improved significantly; The reactive reaming of reactive materials in the target is the main reason for the weakening of shock wave intensity, and increasing the reaction threshold of reactive materials can enhance the shock wave intensity; The factors affecting the damage performance are analyzed comprehensively, and it is concluded that the damage effect of small diameter Cu liner structure is better. The research results can provide important reference and data support for the design of enhancing the aftereffect damage capability of shaped charge warhead. |
