In order to explore the dynamic response of high strength steel wire woven structure sandwich panels under explosion load, the finite element method was used to study the response process of high strength steel wire woven structure sandwich panels on the basis of explosion test. The response models of sandwich plate with different height of core layer were compared. The effects of different core parameters on the anti blast performance of high strength steel wire woven structure sandwich panels were analyzed. According to the calculation formula of dimensionless impulse and dimensionless deformation, the design guide formula of high strength steel wire woven structure sandwich panels was derived. The experimental and numerical simulation results show that: it is appropriate to select the core height of high strength steel wire woven structure between 58 mm and 78mm under the condition of constant panel, load and material parameters. Within this interval, the higher the core layer height and the smaller the deflection angle, the better the anti blast performance. The research can provide reference for the optimization design of anti blast performance of high strength steel wire woven structure sandwich panels. |
