Acquisition method of bullet chain information cross linking signal based on U shaped coil

Abstract: In the induction setting, the fuze cannot pass through the setting coil with a circular structure in the movement trajectory of the bullet chain, the induction capacitor cannot obtain sufficient energy in a short time, and the amount of setting data increases sharply. Aiming to solve these problems, a method for obtaining cross linking signals of bomb chain information based on U shaped coils is proposed. This method uses the vertical movement of the U shaped coil magnetic force line and the horizontal movement path of the fuze to analyze the uniformity of the magnetic field in the sensing window and the amplitude characteristics of the signal waveform. Through the adjustment of the system transmission performance and the setting window, the design of the U shaped coil induction setting device is completed. The research results show that the coupling effect of the coil is greatly improved through the change of the U shaped structure of the coil, the setting window is obviously increased to [10 mm, 10 mm, 5 mm] and the uniformity becomes better; the transmission performance of the system is improved, and the setting space is increased. In the meantime, the capacity of the energy storage capacitor is increased accordingly, and the amount of set data is increased to 4 k bytes within 1 s; the U shaped transmitting coil satisfies the special trajectory of the fuze on the bullet chain.
