Taking aluminum/stainless steel metal pipes as the research object, the explosive welding process is simulated by ANSYS/LS DYNA finite element software combined with SPH FEM coupling algorithm and Lagrange algorithm. The influence of explosive detonation velocity on the bonding quality of composite pipe is studied. The results show that the explosive detonation velocity has a great influence on the plastic deformation and the impact velocity of the base clad tube, the plastic deformation and the impact velocity of the clad tube cannot achieve a good combination if they are too small or too large; When the detonation velocity of the explosive is about 1 950 m/s to 2 150 m/s, the bonding quality of the base tube is good, which is consistent with the conclusion obtained from the experiment; The early modeling of Lagrange algorithm is relatively simple, and the SPH FEM coupling algorithm takes more time in the simulation process; The collision velocity measured by the Lagrange algorithm has a large error with the theoretical calculation value, and the SPH FEM coupling algorithm can better deal with the high speed explosive impact problem. |
