Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of the double angle tensile joint, the bottom up method was used to model the double angle joint in ANSYS classical interface. Under the effect of horizontal tension, the influence law of random parameters under different working conditions on the joint stiffness was obtained, and the key parameter that had the greatest influence on the reliability of the double angle joint was found to be the thickness of the bottom plate. From the point of reliability, the limit state equation of double Angle tensile joint is defined according to the failure criterion that the maximum displacement of double Angle tensile joint cannot exceed the allowable value. Combined with sensitivity technique and finite element analysis method, the reliability sensitivity of random parameters under six working conditions was calculated by Latin Hypercube sampling method, and the influence of statistical characteristics of random parameters on the reliability of double angle tensile joint was determined. In the design, manufacture and use of the connection structure, the positive random parameters should be given priority and the negative parameters should be controlled. It provides some reference for the fault prevention, structure design and optimization design of aircraft connection structure.
