In the plateau environment, the operating conditions of the engine, cooling system and other components change greatly, which has an impact on the thermal environment of the power compartment and makes it difficult to predict the infrared characteristics of the target. The operation status of the power cabin and the internal diesel engine in the plateau environment is simulated, and the one dimensional heat transfer model is established by GT POWER software to simulate the operation of the diesel engine in Gongjue County in Tibet, and the results are coupled with the three dimensional target temperature field model in the plateau environment to obtain the three dimensional temperature field distribution of the power cabin. Based on this, the target infrared radiation characteristic model is established and the radiation characteristic of the power cabin is calculated. Results show: compared with the plain area, the combustion condition of diesel engine in the plateau area is poor, the power and torque are reduced by 160 kW and 782 N·m, the BSFC increases by 46 g/(kW·h). The surface temperature of the power cabin decreases to different degrees. The temperature and infrared characteristics of smoke exhaust and surrounding parts are more obvious. |
