In order to study the effect of different explosive amounts on explosive welding of stainless steel 316L/carbon steel CK22 composite pipe, ANSYS/LS DYNA software and ALE fluid structure coupling algorithm were used to simulate the explosive welding process of composite pipe under different explosive inner diameters, and the weldable window of 316L/CK22 bimetallic pipe was established. The post processing software LS PrePost was used to derive the dynamic parameters such as impact pressure, plastic deformation, collision velocity during the welding process. The results show that the impact velocity is outside the weldable window when the explosive thickness is less than 0.505 cm, and the rebound welding failure occurs when the explosive thickness is greater than 0.505 cm. The simulation is consistent with the experiment, which proves that the welding window has a good guiding significance for the explosive welding experiment; The error between the simulated collision velocity and the theoretical value is between 3.2% and 9.5%, which proves the reliability of the numerical simulation of explosive welding of composite pipes. |
