Aiming at the problems in the actual production of aviation irregular parts with various specifications, large number of hairy embryos and low utilization rate of raw embryos, this paper proposed an optimization algorithm and algorithm flow for cutting irregular parts of artificial bee colony in variable neighborhood, constructed a two coordinate system cutting model, and designed exchange strategy, sequence strategy and reverse sequence strategy for searching variable neighborhood. SCO, DCO, HO, WO, AO decoding methods are used to decode the pattern. Finally, the algorithm was simulated and compared with the original artificial bee colony algorithm. The simulation experiment results indicate that the variable neighborhood artificial bee colony algorithm can effectively and reliably improve the utilization rate of raw materials and layout efficiency. |
