In order to analyze the reliability of the firearm firing ignition system efficiently and conveniently, the reliability analysis software of the firearm firing ignition system is designed and developed. The simulation model, reliability analysis model and optimization model of the system are established, and the reliability analysis and optimization process are studied. The software architecture of reliability analysis of the firearm firing ignition system is designed, which lays a foundation for the development of functional modules. The reliability analysis of the small caliber automatic rifle the firearm firing ignition system is verified and optimized. The results show that the system reliability is 83.6% by using the software. Compared with the test results, it conforms to the error range, and the system reliability can be improved by 20.48% through optimization.The feasibility of the software is verified, which provides technical support for the improved design of the system. |
