There are many types of airborne equipment, which contains complex failure model, long life verification cycle, high cost of renovation, and easy to focus on life problems. In this paper, we focus on the fact that the traditional life design of airborne equipment is not standard and the verification is not enough, the problems existing in the process of life test design are systematically summarized, including the incomplete stress type and the insufficient dispersion coefficient. The life test design method based on the durability mechanism analysis of airborne equipment is proposed, and the technical problems such as the identification of the whole life cycle sensitive stress/wear failure mechanism, the establishment of multi stress comprehensive life test load spectrum and the determination of the test verification time based on the reliable life are solved, in the end, the standardization of life test design of airborne equipment is completed. |
