Abstract: Sneak analysis is a commonly used approach in reliability analysis, serving as an important means to reduce design issues and enhance reliability. The current sneak analysis methods are mainly applied in circuit system, with some applications in pipeline systems. However, there is still a lack of sneak analysis methods suitable for complex systems. To address the above problems, this paper proposes a sneak analysis method for systems based on graph theory, which first constructs a flow based system model, then simplifies the relations and nodes in the model that do not affect the analysis, and finally converts the system model into an abstract graph model and analyzes it by using node identification and path tracing methods. At the end of this paper, the proposed method is applied to the analysis of the helicopter landing gear mis acceptance problem, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
