Abstract: The atmospheric corrosion of equipment is one of the main problems in the whole life cycle of equipment. It is of great significance to study the corrosion of equipment in Marine atmosphere environment and analyze the main corrosion factors. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of equipment service environment, the main corrosion factors and their effects are expounded, and the atmospheric corrosion index system is established. Grey correlation method (GRA) was used to qualitatively analyze the correlation degree between Marine environmental factors and equipment corrosion. Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) was used to quantitatively analyze the selected index system, extract the main feature vectors affecting equipment corrosion, and optimize the corrosion index system. The results show that mean relative humidity, light time, mean temperature, precipitation and PH are the main factors affecting equipment corrosion in Marine atmosphere environment.
