In order to study the influencing factors of the explosive transmission capacity of an explosive cutting network, a simulation of the explosive transmission process at the explosive transmission node of a certain explosive cutting network was conducted, and the propagation of detonation waves was obtained. The impact of changing the detonation gap and cutting the material of the cable shaped cover on the detonation ability was studied. The results showed that the detonation ability at the detonation node decreased with the increase of the gap. The cutting cable with red copper as the material of the charge shaped cover obtained greater detonation pressure than the cutting cable with lead antimony alloy as the material of the charge shaped cover, and the cutting cable was easier to initiate the detonation of the charge column. To improve the explosion transmission capacity of the explosion transmission node, a steel sealing structure was designed, which increased the explosion transmission gap by 17.4% compared to the previous one. The research in this article can provide reference for the design of explosive network transmission structures. |
