Composite solid propellant is a high filling ratio composite energetic material with a binder system as the continuous phase and solid particles as the dispersed phase. Its macroscopic mechanical behavior strongly depends on the three dimensional microscale structures. The interface characteristics and microstructure models of composite solid propellants from the perspective of micro scale mechanical behavior of propellants were reviewed. Numerical analysis is conducted on the micro scale damage evolution of composite solid propellants, and the correlation between microscopic damage and macroscopic mechanical properties of propellants is verified through experiments. The current status of the standard is analyzed, which provides an important reference for the structure activity relationship, formulation design and creation of high particle filled high energy solid propellants and standard construction of composite propellants.ξ |
