Target assignment of electronic air defense electro optical jamming in the highly contested environment

Abstract: In response to the changes of air strikes in highly contested environment, this study analyzed the characteristics of electro optical jamming targets, and established an electro optical jamming target assignment model for multi mode guidance and detection targets. The solving process is improved by combining the initial population generated based on constraint conditions with a strategy of segmented cross mutation through a genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed target assignment model can effectively solve the problem of electro optical jamming target assignment in highly contested environment, and the algorithm’s circulate speed can also meet the operational needs of electro optical jamming well.
