The dynamic characteristics of primary moving parts in automatic weapons was the important theoretical basis for reliability analysis of weapon and further optimization of structural design. In order to further optimize the design parameters of a new sniper grenade launcher, ADAMS was used as the simulation platform to establish the virtual prototype of the grenade launcher and carried out dynamic simulation for the core components, pivotal dynamic responses was extracted and relevant laws was summarized. Some dynamic response simulation results were compared with experimental results at the same time,the results showed that the dynamic simulation method based on ADAMS could effectively evaluate the system design scheme. The reliability of the simulation model and simulation method was verified. The research results further enriched the technical route of grenade launcher design and provide theoretical reference for the subsequent design optimization of the new sniper grenade launcher. |
