Abstract: Aiming at the need of the development of controllable and adjustable projectile muzzle velocity, a new electronic controlled propellant was used to replace the traditional propellant, an electronic controlled launching test platform was built, and the ignition combustion and firing ability of the electronic controlled propellant were verified by the test method, and the influence of loading voltage on the combustion and muzzle velocity of the new electronic controlled propellant was studied. The test results show that controlled ignition and combustion can be achieved by loading electric energy, and the combustion rate increases with the increase of voltage. Electronic control propellant replaces traditional propellant to realize non lethal projectile launching, and the muzzle velocity of projectile can be adjusted by changing the value of input voltage. The experimental results provide a practical and feasible new technical scheme for the adjustable kinetic energy launching mode, and provide engineering reference for the research of non lethal weapon systems.
