Research on performance evaluation method of rotary crusher gauge

Abstract: Chamber pressure is a necessary parameter for performance evaluation of various weapons. Copper column pressure measurement method is an important method for chamber pressure measurement. The performance of copper column crusher gauge directly affects the accuracy of chamber pressure measurement. At present, the performance appraisal of copper column manometer mainly adopts manual inspection method, which has some problems, such as great influence of human factors, unquantifiable inspection results, and inaccurate inspection. In order to solve these problems, this paper takes the screw in copper column manometer used in small caliber weapons as the research object, analyzes it according to the working mathematical model of the manometer, obtains that the key indexes of the performance of the manometer are piston air tightness and activity, develops a special manometer performance evaluation device, and establishes the quantitative mathematical model and test process of piston air tightness and activity of the manometer. The quantitative measurement method and evaluation method are proposed. The actual performance appraisal experiment is carried out with 20 screws in copper column manometers. The experiment adopts manual inspection method and appraisal device measurement method respectively, and the dynamic experiment is verified by drop hammer pressure generator. The results show that the manual inspection and evaluation results are inconsistent with the dynamic experiment results, while the measurement and evaluation results of the evaluation device are consistent with the dynamic experiment, which shows that this method can accurately evaluate the performance of the crusher gauge. Combined with the experimental results, the requirements of piston air tightness and activity indexes under the specified bore pressure measurement accuracy are obtained.
