Abstract: To ensure the safety and reliability of the all electronic fuze, and to reduce the risk of accidental explosion of the all electronic safety system, this paper briefly analyzes the impact of the number of environmental stimuli on the safety failure rate in fully electronic security systems.Three sensors are used to identify environmental stimuli as the environmental signals for a three level redundant electronic security system, and a calculation method of the failure rate of the electronic safety system is proposed.A fully electronic security system with STM32 microcontroller and FPGA chip is built as the core.Combined with the hardware circuit, the safety failure rate of the full electronic safety system is calculated respectively in the non power state, the power state, one static switch closed, two static switches closed, two static switches, and one dynamic switch closed. The control principle and timing of the electronic safety system are designed. The design program is written and designed according to the design ideas, and the program simulation of the design results is carried out.The results show that the safety failure rate of the electronic safety system with the environmental excitation recognized by three sensors as three environmental signals is reduced by 7 orders of magnitude compared with the general electromechanical and mechanical safety system. When the signal to noise ratio is 4 and the time window is 1/10, the safety failure rate in the power on state can be reduced by 5 orders of magnitude. Therefore, the all electronic safety system designed with the environmental excitation recognized by three sensors as the three environmental signals of the three level electronic safety system has low safety failure rate and high safety; The simulation results show that the program design ideas meet the design requirements.
