Abstract: To achieve effective damage to key targets, multiple strikes are often carried out during combat. As an important protective material, the deformation mode and response mechanism of metal sheets under multiple explosion shock waves are of great significance for the damage assessment of targets under cumulative loading. This article takes the circular 1060 pure aluminum thin plate as the research object, and conducts simulation research on the response process of the target plate under two different loads using software such as LS DYNA.The deformation deflection of the metal thin plate under different load characteristics is calculated, and the influence of factors such as load peak, pulse width, action order, and loading interval on the deformation deflection of the target plate is revealed. The simulation results and rules are verified through secondary loading static explosion tests. The results indicate that the peak load and the order of action are the main factors affecting the deformation and deflection of the target plate. When the loading interval is less than the load pulse width, it will have a significant impact on the deformation and deflection of the target plate. When it exceeds the load pulse width, it has no effect, while the load pulse width has almost no effect on the deformation and deflection of the target plate.
