In view of the current lack of means to measure the muzzle offset state during marching, a method for measuring the muzzle offset state between marches based on a two dimensional position sensitive detector (PSD) is proposed. The laser position fixed at the tail of the gun remains relatively unchanged, the direction of the beam is fixed at the center of the PSD at the muzzle.PSD will change as the muzzle position moves, causing changes in the position of laser incidence on the PSD photosensitive surface, displaying different position coordinates through the lateral photoelectric effect of PSD, to achieve the purpose of measuring the deviation status of the muzzle. The experimental results show that this method can realize real time accurate measurement of the muzzle offset state between marches, the time accuracy is 2 ms, and the measurement accuracy reaches the micrometer level. |
