Unmanned aerial vehicle detection and countermeasures technology and its application in typical scenarios

Abstract: The frequent occurrence of drone attacks and threats around the world has posed great challenges to security personnel carrying out different protection tasks in selecting and deploying anti drone equipment. In order to further improve the practical needs of drone detection and countermeasures efficiency in different mission scenarios, this article mainly summarizes the technological development of anti drone equipment from the aspects of detection, countermeasures, control, and platforms. It summarizes the evolution direction of various anti drone equipment in China in recent years, including effective detection probability, effective detection error, effective interception probability, control technology, and platform types, with a focus on airport anti disturbance. The characteristics of four typical scenarios, including urban defense, amphibious tank protection on the sea, and urban heavy vehicle fleet protection, were analyzed and compared using radar charts. The selection and deployment optimization of anti drone equipment in each scenario were preliminarily provided. The key and development trends that urgently need to be breakthrough for future anti drone equipment were summarized.
