Abstract: The pressure output of micro charges under single point, two point, three point, four point, and six point synchronous detonation was calculated using LS DYNA finite element analysis software. Among them, three point synchronous detonation has the highest output energy, while six point synchronous detonation cannot form detonation wave superposition at the detonation center. In the three point synchronous detonation mode, as the distance increases from the detonation centers, the output energy decreases to the same level as that of a single charge column. When the center distance of the three point synchronous detonation is 0.35 mm, the charge is 0.78 mg, and the output pressure can reach 8.16 GPa. Moreover, under three point synchronous detonation, a PDMS thin film is proposed as an energy absorbing element to effectively improve the safety of the fuse system.
